I have not received my material from attiitudes. a fake seller plz help me

as i have purchased an item from the seller "attitudes"from Hyderabad and till now i have not received my material it is almost 15 days and now a days he is not responding my mails and even not receiving my calls on his cell no. iam thinking to give a complaint on him in the consumer forum and even in a police station in his city only. but help me to receive my material as i have all the proofs of sending the payment through DD and even i have the proof that he had received my DD. so please help.
