How to use feature listing

I m a new user so i dont have any feedback. but i want to use feature listing .So how can use this listing and what is the charge of using feature listing.

yea Nidhi, though u wont b able to use this feature, u can go for other features like making ur listing Bold, with Border etc. The charge for th esame can be found beside the features while listing the item.
