How to Purchase from " eBay.com " Using Indian Debit or Credit Cards ?

Good day friends,

Am new to ebay.

I have made couple of purchases in ebay.in which are successful and good.

Now i wanted a product thats not available in ebay.in but available in ebay.com.

The product is from Hong Kong with Free international shipping.

The issue is they want me to pay in US-Dollars through Visa/mastercard/other cards or by PAYPAL.

PAYPAL, never used though i have heard paypal for some time.

Cards, yes i can use them ...
But,

i)Can i use my normal debit cards which is a Visa / mastercard ?

ii)If i have to use a credit card...... what would be the extra charges ?
 like if i purchase a 5 or 10 USD product, how much extra would i have to pay ?

Eg : i need a product for $5.07..........i wanted to use a HDFC credit card or Citibank Credit card......?

how much will i end up paying if i do a purchase ?

please reply with your experience and examples for udnerstanding...

Would be happy if you also throw some light about o[peneing a Paypal accoutn and using it....?

signing up on paypal is very easy

just go to paypal.com and sign up

you will be charged the rupee equivilant of the amount which you are paying

for example assuming 1$ is rs 60

and you buy a product worth 5$

you will have to pay rs 300 plus comission
