hello.............
my name is manubhaskar.............I started with ebay on 25-April 2004.........so far I have no problem with buying materials...........But recently I have problem with a seller............I cannot reveal his identity now...as I warned him abt his deed..........
He offered me a material..and I paid for it....At first he told me that it is out of stock.........I waited for few weeks..........but now no reply from him........
when it is the matter of non-payment as all of you know that the ebay would suspend the account and give u warning .etc........but in my case..no warning to the seller......
and just sending me non-replyable mails.....telling me that ebay would enquire like that........
All those who read this ..........please bear in mind that if you r a genuine buyer .avoid these fraud sellers..as the ebay cannot help you in any way........
so pls..dont feel bad ...u always loose your money.........Infact it is a tieup with ebay and the fraud sellers.............what I feel.........
and you might be knowing one more interesting thing that the same seller was selling the "out of stock material " till recently.........................
NEXT TIME...MY FRIENDS.......I WOULD DECLARE HIS NAME ALSO.........TILL THEN PLS...HAVE PATIENCE AND BE CAREFUL ABT THE TRANSACTIONS IN EBAY...........

Hi,
Ebay is just a Platform for selling and buying and I do not think they do anything to encourage fraudsters. Some fraudsters do make use of this platform. But it happens at your local shopping mall too, like there will be a guy who sells fake stuff. As long as you check the feedback of your seller, pay by credit card you are safe.
If you have not received the item you purchased, file an item not received claim on ebay, do a charge back on your card.
Withholding information about a Fraudster does not help the community and Please report him to ebay. But keep in mind many high volume sellers do not get the time to check the inventory as often as they wish. Please give the seller time to make good his mistakes.
