Hi All,
During Bazee I have made a bid and won a mobile Nokia 3595 from megastore_usa ( Sri Shashank Saxena-email: imported_laptops_ltd@yahoo.com)As shop is out of India I made payment of Rs.4355/-thro: a/c payee cheque to Sri saxena's a/c at Delhi.Against my payment he sent mobile.But Mobile found to be not suitable in India due to band difference.After contacting to seller he advised me to send back the mobile and assured 100% refund.After receiving the returned mobile by the seller I am following up with him last 5/6 months.He send reply after several mail and last mail he asked for bank details and address.After that 2 months passed and no response I am getting.I just request to our Indian customer to be very careful for buing any item thro: ebay as their terms not in favour of customer rather for seller.

On looking at the profile of your Seller, it seems he is NOT selling any Item for the last 6 months or so.

There might be some genuine problem.

Your purchase is protected for upto Rs.10,000 by ebay India only if it was listed on ebay.in

Kindly check wheather you are still eligible for a claim or NOT...... as much of the time has elapsed since your purchase. But you can still try by providing the last corresspondence proof.

Hello,

You may write to ebay via help form and ask them if you are eligible for a claim or NOT.

This is because the product you have bought was listed on ebay.com and NOT ebay.in

Also that much time has elapsed since you bought the Item. But since your mail corresspondence with him is of
September Month....it might help.

ACCORDING TO ME YOU SHOULD HAVE CLAIMED FOR A REFUND FROM SELLER VERY EARLY BUT NOW AS 6 MONTHS HAVE PASSED EVEN EBAY BUYER PROTECTION POLICY CANT HELP,
HENCE PLZ REQUET THE SELLER ONLY,IF HE REFUNDS YOUR MONEY OR A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT AT LEAST.

When ever you make the order, if the seller doesn't send the product in 15-20 days after your payment, then report Item Not Recieved.

There is no use of waiting for more than month! ---------------
