I HAVE PURCHASED ONE SONY p910I MOBILE FROM SOME SELLER. i HAVE PAID THE VALUE THROUGH PAISEPAY WITH MY CITI BANK CREDIT CARD. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SAME. EBAY ARE UNABLE TO FIND OUT THE SELLER. I FILE A CLAIM, EBAY ACCEPT IT. SUBSEQUENTLY, EBAY CLOSE THE DISPUTE AND ASKED ME TO SUBMIT MY CLAIM TO MY CREDIT CARD ISSUER. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THAT WHERE THE LIABILITIES COME ONE MY CREDIT CARD. THEY HAVE PAID TO EBAY RS. 12899.00 AND EBAY RECEIVE THE PAYMENT. MONEY HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO EBAY ACCOUNT. SHOULD I GO WITH LEGAL PROCEEDING ? CAN ANY BODY HELP ME HOW CAN I RECOVER MY MONEY.
