I am an eBay seller with a small monthly sales volume below Rs. 40,000. Do I need GST return filing? I will be glad if anyone could give a clear reply.
You cannot sell online without GST. Once you are registered for GST then it doesn't matter how much you sale is. Even if you zero income in a month, still you will have to file GST.
