am new to vpp thing and had shipped parcels through indiapost. vpl service was used however the buyer has confirmed receiving the parcel and has been two weeks stil payment not arrived.
online tracking and complaint registration with vpl not working
anyone where should i go and what to do
am in delhi

Hi,

I normally use VPP/VPL a lot. Sometimes it takes 3-4 weeks to get the payment. If you don't get after a month, then give a written letter with the photo copy of the recipt and mention your and buyer address. They will act soon. ---------------
