Condition of a product???

Hi,

When a seller posts an item for selling, giving a brief about the product(ex: used mobile handset), how is the condition of the product verified? Does the condition specified by the seller stand good or does EBAY verify and validate the product? Suggest :-x

Before Buying a product ( used or new) just check the rating/feedback score of the seller.

ebay does not get involve in verifing & validating the product.

ebay protects the Buyer for an amount of Rs.10,000.

If you don't get the product as described then you can file a dispute called INR-SNAD.

Typically, there are five steps in the Item Not Received or Significantly Not as Described Process:


Step 1: Buyer begins an Item Not Received or Significantly Not as Described dispute

Step 2: eBay contacts the seller

Step 3: The seller responds

Step 4: Communication between the buyer and seller

Step 5: Closing the dispute.

At times the expectations of the buyers may be higher than what the seller judged.
