Cannot answer query

The user "pmsradiology" has sent me a question about my product but Ebay is not letting me answer it since there are no active transactions with that member. What is the solution to this problem? The email address of the member is also not visible

Hi,
It's really easy. when this user sent you a query there is a button called respond. click that to answer.
or
go to my ebay and then go to my messages, from there also you can click respond.
or
click community button on the top of this page and then enter the username of this member. Then click 'find a member' there you can respond to this buyer.

Thanks but I had already tried all of those methods thus raised the question. Any other workaround? I'm still not able to contact him.

If you tried all these things and this didn't work best option is to contact ebay live help on home page on right side top.

You must be trying to answer after the listing had ended.

This is a security measure. Cant help it. Answer the query in the FAQ's next time you relist.
