CHANGED USER ID - LOST AUCTIVA SHOWCASE ITEMS - HELP ME OUT

Hello Friends,

I changed my user id from arti_kapila1 to car_care_and_detailing_products. Everything was fine but my auctiva showcase does not show any items since there is no user id named arti_kapila1.

If any of u have faced the same problem and know the solution. Kindly help me.

Hi,
I hve not faced such situation. But I think a possible solution can be to open a new Auctiva store with the new ID. .

Thanks for replying. Ya I tried to open a new auctiva account.But it asks for a new email id and does not accept my existing id as it is already for arti_kapila. What to do? I just want to change my user id of auctiva.

Hello Friends,

My problem is solved. In auctiva - my account - i changed the ebay account username.

I changed the username to my new ebay user id.

Now all my items can be seen in auctiva showcase.
