I made a purchase for one product on Ebay and made a payment via the Paisa Pay system on 2nd June.
My bank show money is paid out on 2nd June.
My Ebay account shows the following message...
This item is pending payment through PaisaPay (PaisaPay ID xxxxxxxx). Payment was sent on 02-Jun-2005.
I am sure the Seller has good intentions. He seems to not have been paid. So he is not dispatching the material.
So The status as of now is
I, the Buyer has paid.
The seller has not recieved the payment.
Moreover, the seller has opened a dispute against me the Buyer. So I become eligible of Non-payment remark.
Now what is the line of action that may be taken. I have no intention of tarnishing the sellers rating but will protect my rating too.
Please advice.

Well I guess u have made payment
through HDFC BANK or some other. Actually ur payment is in pending state.
Sometimes it will take time to realise. Do one thing tell ur seller not to give
u unpaid item strike and wait for some time as bcoz ur payment is in pending
state and u plz contact live chat help to know the status of this payment and
tell them to complete this fast as u have received an unpaid item strike for

Their hours of operation are Monday-Friday 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST. So
contact them at that time.

1) Contact PaisaPay and ask them to credit your payment in the sellers account immediately or refund the amount to you account. You can do so by clicking on the following link:

2) Contest the UPI Reminder by telling the seller the payment is pending through PaisaPay.

Just make it sure you have all payment details with you i.e paisa pay payment id that you can find by loging into your my ebay section, date of purchase, date of making payment, method of payment, seller id , item id.
& as a proof of payment you must have recieved a payment reciept from ebay.in in your email. Just forward it to the buyer copy to ebay help team.
