Beware of pramukhtelecom/Asish mehta/Bupendra borse/nimesh chotaliya

Dear Ebay user, pl beware of pramukhtelecom, i purchased sony ericsson[2.1.07] W 810 i through auction, paid through icici bank to Mr Bupendra borse,acc at prabhadevi branch, on 3.1.07,& received payment confirmation, After that till date i have neither received new phone,nor any reply from him.The owner's name as per ebay is Ashish Mehta, When i try contact his mobile one mr Nimesh chotaliya lifts the phone, & tells me he is a student, in tern he pretends to ask me what is ebay..?then who is this AHISH MEHTA - ALIYAS -BUPENDRA BORSE -ALIYAS NIMESH CHOTALIYA >> Aliyas Mehta's Vs Borse's Vs Chotaliya's ......
NOW THE SAME Pramukhtelecom GUY added two more sony ericsson W 810i on auction...? who ever wins i pray god to help them...can any one help me in this regard..at least his billing address so that legeally i can proceed,,

Anyway, I wud suggest that u initiate an item not received dispute on Ebay.The following links will be useful to u for this...I guess once u do that, u will definitely get a positive outcome.....

Dear Mala, Thanks for your help, I already opened dispute & I got the same routine kind of answer.But not even a single reply from pramukh telecom . I asked him to return my 12850/- for that too no answer,I offered him to modified the rate ..same no reply....

Hi...

I can understand ur situation...But if the seller doesnt communicate within 7 days u have the option to close the diapute and escalate the claim.U will definitely get back ur money though i know the proceedure will be a bit time-consuming.

Dear Mala,

I haven't got reply from seller for nearly 18 days now, ebay representative contacted me over phone & he is trying to convince me saying that i will get a refund of Rs 9900/- only.My worry who will pay the balance & i wanted to know when he was not able to supply my product ,how can he auction two more same phones over ebay portal...? If he can sell two more new phones why the seller is mum about my pending order...? Dear Mala, i am really confused and i donn't want to waste my precias time running behind these kind of frauds...
