Why cash on delivery is not available

cash on delivery payment because i want do full shopping in ebay so please help me sir

An item shows that COD is available
But when i proceed to the payment method
Wait **bleep**... What's that, No COD option.
I am already disappointed with eBay and now what's this.

same issue with me also, ebay has stoped COD orders processing. 

What could be resason it is unknow. 

Please let us know if anyone knows what is happing with ebay after flip kart take over. Every thing is getting worst day by day

similar issue i have , cash on delivery option is not showing , when i contacted ebay they are saying cash on delivery is stopped from 30-june-2018 to further notice. and they also stopped promotional codes from 25-june-2018.

yes its getting worse for sure.
