I ordered jonex schetting shoes on 18th July 2016 and payment deducted the same in my bank account. Today is 8th August 2016. 20 days gone but my product not deliver neither my bank will credit the money. I called daily in customer service. He regularly say claim team call you after 72 hours but nobody contacted me. I have tracking in eBay side as well as dtdc courier co. Courier no. Z82137356 But not updated 20th July 2016. Call center Executive told every time courier dispatched 20th July 2016 but 18 days is more and courier not reach the customer. I am very feddup ebay.give me my money return. Already timeline passed on expired 2nd August 2016.
