custom clearance when ordered in bulk through paypal

hello friends...

i want to order around 20 pcs of an item value 6$ per item in one purchase....i have IE code...but the seller is not accpeting anything other than paypal...so what can be done...if i pay money through paypal including the shipping cost will come around 90$. Now if i put my IE code the custom during clearance will ask me the payment mode slip....which i will not be having...pls help what to do in this case...
i cannot order one piece by one piece because seller is using USPS...and one box courier charge minimum is 30$....pls help.

What you can do is add a printout of the paypal transaction.
When you pay using paypal they show you the transaction and they ask you for confirmation on the same page there is an option to print. You can just attach that as a proof.
