Undelivered EMS Please HELP !!

Hi, I ordered a phone from China. The seller sent the phone through EMS shipping. I was also given a tracking number and was told that the phone would arrive in 4 to 5 days. But more than 10 days have passed and I still haven't got the phone. When I track the number, it says that "Your item was recieved at sorting center in Delhi" and nothing happened after this and my shipping address is of Lucknow. What do i do ??

Hi,
I think you should wait.It is not lost.It is being sorted by Indian customs.They will inform you about the customs duty you got to pay for taking delivery.

yes i think its been sorted out in delhi,and then it will go to bomaby for sorting and then you will have only 3 more cities,namely,colcutta,madras and banglore,and thats it,ones its all sorted out you will informed what to do,and if you want to expedite it,let me tell u now,be indian and buy indian at a store near u.

If your phone costing more than rs 2000/- then you might pay fine and penalty,in addition to duty,for importing through Post.PL see my blog at www.personalimport.blogspot.com for more information.Some posts i have discussed the procedures for customs clearance and reason for delay in getting parcel delivered.

I want to start selling internationally. but i do't have such more idea. That which things are running for sell internationally.

Dont worry. It takes 20-25 to reach.
There are only 2 possibilities.
You will recieve it in 20-25 days. you will have to pay custom duties to the postman and take it.
Or you can call the delhi post office and give the tracking number and they shall provide the details.

But i think EMS china is dlivered in India through TNT and not the post office.

Also there is a suggestion, when buying from Asian countries do not get your item shipped by EMS. pay a little more and ask for UPS, DHL or FedEx. Its much safer.
