The link to send money request through PayPal disappeared for eBay items?

Dear Friends,
As we all know, Most of the international buyers prefer PayPal for paying for the eBay items.

Previously there was a option to send money request for a eBay auction(s),Where we need to fill all details like total amount,Shipping,Insurance,Item Number,Close Date,Item link,Item title etc.

When we get payment against such money request,We sellers are protected against chargeback and also in case of Item not received dispute by PayPal.

But now PayPal have removed that link and now we can just request for money:

1.)Goods
2.)Service
3.)Auction(Non-eBay).


For other eBay website like ebay.com/ebay.uk etc,its O.K for them as PayPal is default payment method there, But for ebay.in sellers,It creating so much problems.

If we get fund by sending money request for goods/service then we are no longer protected against chargeback and dispute.

Well can anyone tell me how to send PayPal request for the item sold in www.ebay.in,So that we can be protected by PayPal.
