Shipping to UK Pls help

I have shipped an item to UK on 16.06.2008 by registered post.Till date the item is not received by the buyer.
How much time does it take to reach UK.
What shall i do next to knoe where is the item.
Pls help me out.

Small packets and letters are delivered within four to seven days positively. Please lodge a written complaint with the post office from where you sent the item.

Daljeet is right.

My UK delivery through Regd post has never been delayed than 7 days.

You can lodge the compalaint with the potocopy of the reciept .
