Now it has been 5 days and still the item is with the customs department.. I am getting worried...what should i do now? The seller has declared the actual value of the cellphone and not as a gift..so nothing illegal has been done on his part. Also the item is insured and paid by paypal..but what should i do now?? Is it normal for customs department to keep it for that long. If not whom should i contact?
