No register airmail acceptance by India post for USA since 8Jan2011

No register airmail acceptance by India post for USA since 8 Jan 2011 and being seller cannot input the shipment details at paisapay,amount gets refunded to buyer..Register airmail are meant for cheap postage in in around Rs200 to Rs400.So there is also no better option to this..Thanks

If I guess correctly, you may be talking of heavier mails. This is a temporary issue.

Hello,Post Office at Mumbai 400068,they are not accepting any posts as of now for USA & says not here only but in allover India they are not accepting for USA,though temporary issue but for indefinite period,unknown to them..Is this issue faced by all seller at other locality to??Thanks

Just made two register air mails to MA and NY USA (document 400 gm and box 1.5kg). Also got tracking number starting with RR for envelop package and CP for box.

Don't know what is happening at your end but I have no info on such change and I ship almost 3 times a week.

I despatch 2-3 mails everyday for USA. Today also I sent 3 mails for USA, UK and Australia. There is no issue till date.

Try mailing from some other Post Office branch near your locality.
