Hello,
I opened an account with DHL ecommerce in July and after shipping few orders only Indian Customs made it mandatory to submit AD Code without which they will not release the shipment from the Customs so, DHL has suspended my account for sending further new shipments.
Has any Indian seller facing this issue too?
