Does India Post Accept Puerto Rico Parcels In Sample PAcket ?

Please reply ASAP whether IndiaPost acepts Puerto Rico's parcels in Sample PAcket. I just saw their list there isn't mention anything as Puerto Rico in their system.

Is any body shipping to puerto rico please help.

Puerto Rico is not the member of Universal Postal Union.
Thats why its not on indiapost list.
Only UPS, Fedex and DHL is good service provider.
