I am a small seller on eBay selling imitation jewellery since 2006. Has anybody taken AD Code (Authorised Dealer code) from bank and submitted to Customs? My HDFC bank says they will take Rs.1500 per shipment as export commission if they issue AD Code. The value of my items range from Rs.1000-2000, why will I give Rs.1500 per shipment.
Also, I file GST every month, when I issue GSTIN invoice for export to Customs then will I have to pay GST?
Can anybody advise what to do.
