hello,

still did not resolved our issue.

we need account manager for our account.

many time contact to customer support team & chat box. but ebay customer care say to us, you contact to on social media,  do the call and still they did not help to us  for account manager regarding.  may be, eBay company do not interested resolve the customer's issue.

i had request to for do the call on ebay.com and send lots of messages on eBay chat box, they are tried do the call to us. but did not got the call from ebay.com for account manager.
