Regarding OCS Team Support

I am totally outraged that EBay have imposed defects on our seller ID's which was total lies to put put up on my account. I provided evidence that all the comments from the buyer were not true and even worked hard to resolve buyers cases.. When I asked for the defects to be removed they refused. Stating that defects is as per ebay policy as ever eBay side with the buyer. Get it fed up of being bullied by customers and eBay policies. Hard to sell on ebay if team is not supportive to sellers.....seller never want to give a bad experiance to buyer but it's not like buyer always right....think about sellers who are willing to grow....
