On 11 10 2014 i raised ebay cliam for refund as your seller didnt shipped the item.

i had paid whole amount via coupon but till date that coupon wasnt refunded nor the amount.
Day before yeterday i made a payment and got a reply from seller that " Sorry, the product is out of stock. We have cancelled your order, and ebay will refund the money into your bank account"

what the hell is going on evry time i place the order seller doesn'tship and u people take month's to refund. My previous amount hasnot been refunded despite several reminders.
On to agony is whn we try to call customer care the wait is minimum 15 mints and whn after waiting the call gets connectd it is disconnected. Making fool of customers .
