I am really very sorry to lodge complain against a seller but i m helpless..so i m requesting u to take immediate for the act of cheating...that i purchased a wall clock (purchase & buyer detail is given below)....I m sorry to say that is clock is not working & the machine of the clock is very cheap of sonera(swift) has been installed which cost Rs 90-100 in kolkata Market...the glass of the watch has been fitted with adhesive ..so i can't repair that machine due to fear of breaking glass...I am surprised why this type of seller has been enlisted in ur site coz i m regular buyer from ur site but has been faced such type of problem for the first time ...Rs 1500.00 for a wall clock is not a matter of joke..... i m requesting u pls make arrange to refund my money otherwise i shall be painful to place the matter before consumer forum for this type of cheating...I hope u would kind enough to judge my complain otherwise next time i can't buy any product from ur site...***
