i the order was placed vide id 253014463245 after given the pincode of the area and the payment was madi through card. on 24th a message was sent by supplier it is non service area no suppy can be made. Can I ask while taking the order and payment ibay was ignorant or wanted to use customer money for some duration.when asked to supplier was told will receive the product very soon but when told about the message changed the tone yes it cannot be supplied when asked why not this was made clear since I am an Advocate my mean to say was you would have seen and told at the first hand The reply was most abusive unparliamentory and shocking.The calls are recorded at the time these are made my check the call box.Ebay is really irresposible to take the order blind eyed without knowing it is serviceable area or not.I would like to know what action is being taken for such behavior of the employee further to know such suppliers are acceptable to company like ebay. An immeadite action with damages for cancelling the order is desired. If no action takes place in appropriate time I may go to consumer Court for appropriate action.
