i have purched a blackberry mobile .... but i received a non working mobile phone, then i returned my item as per said by seller and ebay.....the seller received the returned...then refused to me by ebay that the item notreceived....and you have not the sufficient proof of returned item... till now i have not refunded
so do not purche any item from EBAY
