I opened the clim to return my item on 22sep, they said to return it to seller. I did courier it back to the seller on 29sep but now htey didn't approving my refund. it is more than 30 days now. whenever i contact customer service they said wait for 72hrs or we will contact you within two days. I will take legal action if i didn't receive my refund in 3 days.
