reguarding the product "7 ft long tv cabinet" marketed by Sunrise International, no resolution has been reached yet. Even though the ebay team has been saying that they will get back to us.
We have since got the unit repaired at a cost of Rs. 4000.
What a shame to do this for a supposed brand new product.
Also we feel ebay has taken long in the hope that we will forget about the matter.
We have been maligning ebays name to one and all.
The contact person in Sunrise is also a cheat and rude and a coward cause he never answers his phone.
