Sir this is regarding the attitude of officers who handled my claim id 889900. i am a doctor by profession. i bought a watch from seller . it was for a friend. we had no reason to believe it was a fake till someone pointed the certificate should contain the watch machine details. we confirmed this by getting a proof of falsehood certificate from authorized dealer. despite this ultimate proof
my refund claim was refused on basis of not being able to contact over phone. Is every professional available over the phone as their main work. there was no contact no either. i was called in the evening 6.30 pm when i have given convenient time between 2-3 pm. shouldnt e mails suffice in these busy days. you can even ask for post of xerox as evidence. Atleast give a number for return call in fixed time/ ask for convenient time
our time is as important as yours
why this ruthless attitude and why no significance for expert advice. then why trouble someone to spend over the expert advice, this attitude of your officers hurt
