Ebay guarantee is REFUSING to refund my money until the seller acknowledges receiving the returned defective product.
The seller does not return emails or phone calls. Last week I was told that if the seller does not respond back within 72 hours, they will refund my money. Today, Ebay put me on hold to call the seller and then tell me that the seller is on holiday this weekend and they are giving him additional time to respond.
The seller karnnainfotech2013 is selling fake iphones on ebay and no action has been taken against him. Instead, for two months my money has not been refunded because the seller works/partners for ebay.
This is a huge scam AND I WILL SPEAD THE WORD THAT EBAY PRODUCTS ARE NOT GENUINE.
