date of purchase 16/11/2017 i filed the complaint immediately after i opened the box ...the mobile was not working ...but when i filed for return ebay not accepting it ...they are asking me to contact manufacturer actually ever stores in offline and online are accepting return atleast with in minimum 7 days but ebay asking me to find and get it solved ...the brand is ROKTEL mobile and no website or service centrer is available for this company then where will i go for warrenty ...you should replace my product immediately...if you promote this type of cheating in your website by supporting the cheating seller's ebay will loose it's credibility...in every box anyone can print manufactures warranty but where is manufacture...?and where is the service center ...? where to contact...?
...and when i got it was a damaged pice all other websites will took return with in 10 day's with out any question asked but ebay is trying to protect a cheater..according to consumer protection act i will file case against ebay
