i am a member of ebay india. i searched for a item in the search box . i found the item i wanted but it was on ebay.com .the item was listed on ebay.com . i paid for the item by credit card and bought it. but i never received the item. so under ebay guarantee i tried to register my complaint but both ebay india and ebay .com are refusing to register the same.
how should i now register the complaint
