ebay is selling items through various sellers. The sellers deliver the items through various courier companies. I the product is not delivered to the buyer, ebay is not taking responsibility to trace the item for the delivery. ebay simply says "follow the seller, follow the courier and get the product. seller says follow the courier and get the product. The courier says item delivered with out delivering the same. So the loser is the buyer. Now it is better to purchase the product from the shops directly, because the online selling concept is going in the wrong direction in the case seller , courier linked with ebay.
