Not satisfied with the service, the product requested is not delivered on time even after pymt is done [PaisaPay ID : 34697547160] , called the custcare and the concerned person was not at all helpful, 

I need the exact confirmation through mail or call like when I will be receiving the product ordered and the courier details,
