This is regarding a claim that I had raised but is still open and unresolved. It seems like the representative who picks up the call do not know anything about the claim, and I have to repeat the whole incident from the beginning. The claim has been escalated 5 times till now. Everytime I get a response saying that ebay will call me up with 3 hours, but no one call me up. On follow up they say they are escalating the case, and the story repeats.
The whole incident began with the claim ID 151898. After that they even opened two service requests to boost up the priority. SR Ids 16337619896 and 16357650513. On getting no response for the past 2 weeks, I called up ebay today. The person who attended me (Krithika) told she would now escalate it rightaway and asked me to stay online. I was online for more than 30 mins, until it was disconnected from the other end.
Is ebay going to resolve this issue or not?
It is more than a year now, and I am yet to get a response.
