1. quality of customer care and technology. The customer care agents on phone or chat are pathetic because their response time is slow and you dont find any substance other than standard templates. when it comes to technolgy you cant see the items that you have purchased consistantly on all screens.
2. Ebay has very little control on the quality of products. any one can sel anything on ebay. That is their small strenght and big weakness.
