can I buy used cameras from other countries on ebay? if so what will be the custom charges like?

I would like to order a camera from ebay.ca which the seller says will ship from japan worldwide. It says on their page that they can ship to India. the item costs around 150$. What sort of customs charges and fees are applied for used cameras?
