<p>Hello Sir, I bought headphone and it doesn't work for me. I contacted seller through mail and phone. Communication is often the best way to resolve a situation like this. I want to ask you.. when you write in your website that aren't happy with the item you bought. So why do not you work on that. I had order a product. The product is local. I gave you an example.. it you buy apple iphone 6 and i give you chinese iphone not original. ARe you happy with the product ??? Same things to with me. The product is not proper. I don't like the sound and cheap material of the product. We are coming to ebay for buying a blind purchase and if someone is making customer fool, then you should have to do negative things with the seller. I trust on ebay then ebay have to trust on customer satisfaction. So please refund me. Don't be a cheaper website like shopclues and others. Please ebay refund me my money asap. I am trusting you and don't break my trust.</p>
