Why my claim is closed without showing any reason by written

I have purchased SAMSUNG 32 GB MICRO SD MEMORY CARD EVO CLASS 10 from ebay.in Dated: 24 Dec 2015, Item ID - *** , Seller ID: *** 

I have inserted it in my mobile phone ( Motorola 2nd Generation ) and tried it to access it but it failed to mount. So I have tried it in my friend's mobile phone ( HTC V1 ) and the same result came out.

I have instantly informed ebay.in on 30 Dec 2015 and raised my claim. The following is my claim information.

Issue Type : Item not working/broken
Preferred Resolution : I want my money back

I have received email from ebay and following is the details:

Sub: An eBay Guarantee* claim has been opened for your transaction.
Claim ID: ***
PaisaPay ID: ***
Item number: ***

On 3rd December I have got a call from ebay that they have rejected my claim without describing me any reason. I have asked them to send me email describing the reason of rejection of my claim. But still they did not do it but they have closed my claim.
