I tried to buy one item from ebay on 18.07.13 and made payment of Rs.698/- @ Rs 349/- per transaction. I paid twice for one item because of error on part of bank. Now credit card provider has claimed the amount from me but I neither received my item nor the refunf of my payment. I have already brought this issue in the notice of ebay but no satsfactory reply received. Trace my money and refund to me or got cancelled the transactions if ebay did not claim payment:
