I had purchased item Item no: ***on 27/10/15
A sum of Rs.2439 was debited from account vide ref No.
I am receiving messages that refund is initiated. Please let me know why you are refunding the amount and why are you not sending the item.
I have also sent message in this regard earlier. But no reference to that mail nor reply. Why?
