My paisa pay ID is ***, I purchased a Nikon D7000 camera on 06/09/2013. The seller failed to ship the product with in the stipulated time, i.e. by 14/09/2013. As per the e-bay guarantee scheme and as I was suggested by the customer care executive, I raised my refund claim on 15th Sept. 2013. But my refund claim was put on hold on 20/09/2013. I have already received the credit card bill for payment . If I have not received the item why should I have to make the payment which was not delivered to me. I was not at fault, It was entirely a failure on the part of the seller, he could not ship the item on time, also the shipping ID provided by him was wrong. why should the buyer suffer. As per the paisa pay pay policy I should get the refund after lapse of 5 days from the date of raising the refund claim i.e. on 20/09/13, but the refund claim was put on hold without stating reason. I do not understand whyebay is not following its own ebay Guarantee policy. What made the paisapay hold back the refund?
Even though it is promised by ebay that the customer would be contacted within 24 hour hours, but I never got a call or mail for my earlier requests/mails.
