I am Shivdeep buyer of ebay.in
Recently i have ordered a laptop of worth Rs.12751 (lenovo t410 core i5 4GB RAM 500 GB HDD) on 22 july 2017 and done payment through Paypal (Bank of india online netbanking) then due to some paper work problem fedex returned that item to seller and i have also confirmed to seller that item is returned to origin they said to me to contact ebay for refund then i contacted ebay CS for refund then ebay representative told me raise claim for the refund as i have raised the claim on 1 Aug 2017 .
But from 1 August 2017 it is continuosly showing under progress and the date always extends to 48hrs 2-3 times call came from ebay i respond to a call then seller was calling and said that we will soon initiate your refund after investigation but till now after one month no response or call came from ebay it is only showing inProgress
I AM FULLY DISSAPOINTED FROM EBAY AND IT WILL BE MY LAST TXN.
