I received a SAMSUNG GALAXY BRAND NEW A7 in the damage condition, camera mirror was broken utterly. I kept on harboring the Customer Care Team, they kept on saying wait till 24 to 48 hours. Neither im getting call and email from their side, 7 days passed but no reply from their side. When again i called, now they are consoling me with the lines that will till 20 days as the timeline is till opens. This turns a nerve wrecking thing.
