When tried to raise a claim for my Paisa Pay Id 44675540181, your site is showing ''You cannot raise a claim on this item as our team is examining this transaction. Please try after some time.''

Unable to raise a claim.

This is to bring to your notice that I had booked the item thru Paisa Pay Id 44675540181 for which I got the Blue Dart courier AWB . But there is no status after 17 Feb 2017 & also in your site status has not been updated after 9 Feb 2017.

Now, I want my money back.

Request you, kindly look into the matter urgently & resolve the issue.
