I had purchased a leather shoulder bag from on www.ebay.com. On 21Oct 2013. I have not received the item till date. I communicated the seller several times through email about the non receipt of the parcel but in vain.
Every time the seller asked me to wait for the delivery . Now the seller has stopped responding to me in this connection. I had paid for this item through paypal using Guest Id , because of this, I am not finding my transaction ID also . I am not able to open a dispute case.
